Order Confirmation
Order confirmations will be sent on all orders. Customer must respond to confirmation before order shipment.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price change on an item you ordered, you will be notified via the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to correct all clerical, photographic and typographical errors.

Minimum Order
There is a $100 minimum order for UPS or Parcel Post shipments. All orders under $100 will carry a $10 handling charge. All orders are FOB Bushong Warehouse. Customer will pay all further shipping and handling charges.
 
Special Orders
We stock most items in our catalog. If an item is not in stock, we can special order it from the manufacturer. All special orders require a 50% Deposit with balance due at time of shipment.

Shortages/Damages
All merchandise shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Make note of any damage on the freight bill before signing. File any damage claim directly with the carrier.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items will be inspected prior to issue of credit.  All returns subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee plus freight charges. Special order items are not returnable.
